Booking and Payment Policy
- All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
- You will be directed to our secure server to make your request. A $10 per person deposit by credit card (Visa or Mastercards) is required to make and confirm a booking. This may be done through the secure facilities on our web site, by phone email or direct credit.
- Full amount is payable upon arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
If a no show or cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to stay, full payment will be deducted from your credit card. If giving more than 48 hours notice but less than 7 days there will be no full payment deduction but you will lose your deposit.
Note: Due to our small size, any cancellation will have a big impact on us. We will make every effort to rebook rooms but we recommend that you have travel insurance to cover late changes of plan. - Receipt of your credit card details is deemed as intent to book and acceptance of our terms. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please email us at info@abeltasmanbackpackers.co.nz OR phone +64 3 5278435 to check the status of your booking.
- We are a no smoking property.
- Check-in between 3 – 7 pm is appreciated, please let us know if you will be checking in after 7pm – check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure
- No Check-Out or Check-In on Christmas Day, 25 December
